detail-oriented. dedicated. developer.
I'm a UC Berkeley graduate with a degree in Computer Science and Data Science, class of 2023. My tech adventure began in high school, developing apps for friends and delving into the world of Linux distros and PC building. This early exploration was more than a hobby; it was the foundation of my passion for building practical, impactful software. My drive in the tech industry is to create intuitive and impactful applications that address real-world challenges.
Outside the realm of coding, my world is enriched by trying new recipes, cycling adventures, thrilling reads on my Kindle, stock trading and strategic board games. These passions, while seemingly distant from technology, shape my approach to problem-solving—melding analytical rigor with creativity. Here, you'll find a collection of my projects and experience that reflect my dedication to learning, innovation, and the pursuit of technical excellence.
Currently working on the AWS CloudFront CDN team.
I developed a CDN origin monitoring system overseeing 100 million points and a dashboard for 115 CloudFront servers, tracking key metrics. This initiative reduced on-boarding time to 15 seconds using Lambda and SQS, enhancing my understanding of systems engineering and AWS technologies.
I improved service health monitoring by processing 50k logs/day, boosting reliability by 83% through a new dashboard that decreased detection time. This work deepened my knowledge in SLOs, CI/CD, and full-stack coding practices.
